Sarah Sheon Gerecke has worked in the field of affordable housing for 30 years, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Neighborhood Housing Services of New York City. She has designed, launched and evaluated innovative housing programs for city and federal governments, and for non-profit and for-profit organizations. She co-teaches a graduate seminar for New York University Law School and the NYU Wagner school of Public Policy on Land Use, Housing and Community Development in New York City.
